- Buy 1 laptop and 5 desktops – share the 1 laptop for anyone traveling – desktops are considerably cheaper than laptops
- Ethernet network with UTP cabling verses wireless – less expensive and easier to secure
- Use web-hosting company instead of buying web server and hosting it yourself
- Instead of purchasing Peachtree software and maintaining own accounting records, hire a bookkeeper/accountant.
